In order to use certain features of our site, such as taking up online counseling and mental health services, you are required to register using an intake form and provide your personal information, and in that case, we will collect and store any registration information that you provide, such as email address and your date of birth. Without providing this information, you will not be able to take Solace services.
If you make any purchases through our services, such as for online counseling, we may collect certain information regarding your purchase as necessary to process your order. You will be required to provide certain payment and billing information directly to our payment processing partners, including but not limited to your name, credit/debit card information. We do not access, store or collect your credit/debit card information.

5. When and How We May Share/Disclose Your Information with Third Parties
About You with the assigned Counselor and the Solace supervisors:
We may share intake form registration Information, chat queries and relevant emails and profile information with the counselor assigned.
6. How to Delete Your Account and what Happens when Your Account is Terminated or Deleted
If you are a existing paid client or an unpaid client, and wish to delete your account, you may do so by emailing your account deletion request to firstname.lastname@example.org.
