Who is a life coach?

Life is filled with inevitable ups and downs in career, relationships, studies and almost all other domains of life. At times, individuals effortlessly move forward on their path, while at other times, they struggle to determine the best course of action. A certified life coach possesses the expertise to assist others during these challenging periods and help them navigate those challenges. If you are inclined to learn and utilise qualities such as empathy, active listening, decision making and problem-solving to support people in enhancing their lives, you might want to consider delving into the profession of a life coach.

What’s “Islamic” in Islamic life coaching?

Modern psychological, self-help and life coaching studies are increasingly becoming secular, which means there are chances that they can present “solutions” to our problems that may not align with Islamic values. However, Islamically integrated life coaching ensures that not only are such solutions avoided, but the entire content presented is in synch with the teachings of Islam. Our source of inspiration and motivation is Quran and Sunnah. Therefore, all our lessons are inspired by Islamic principles.

The purpose of this course is to empower you to learn all the coaching techniques to empower others. Therefore, this course aims to
