Solace Workshop - Understanding the Psychology of Men
The Inner World of Men – Decoded from a Fitrah Lens
A 2-day workshop with Gabriel Romani on understanding the male fitrah from a psychological and Islamic perspective.
Introduction to the Workshop:
Men do not express their emotions – They are cold!
Men do not care about love – They do not have sentiments!
Men want to control women – They are oppressive!
Sounds familiar?
Modern culture has completely blurred the reality of masculinity by shaping the narratives to the detriment of men..
Men are often labeled as toxic, controlling, red flags, and patriarchal in the media.
Not only is this damaging the perception of men in the eyes of women, but also making men hesitant to own their fitrah.
But there is hope!
Solace has launched “Understanding the Psychology of Men – The Inner World of Men – Decoded from a Fitrah Lens,” a 2-day workshop with Gabriel Romani designed for Muslim women – wives, wives‑to‑be, Muslim men, and anyone seeking clarity about the masculine psyche through an Islamic lens. This experience brings participants back to the foundations of fitrah, purpose, responsibility, and emotional design, helping you see men not through cultural assumptions, but through Qur’an, Sunnah, and sound psychology.
Over two immersive days, you’ll explore how men process emotions, pressure, expectations, and relationships; why behaviors such as silence, withdrawal, or anger arise; and how respect, tone, and communication shape male behavior at a deep level. You’ll also learn what qiwamah truly means – not control, but accountability and weighty responsibility.
This workshop is not about excusing harmful behavior. It’s about understanding the roots so that real improvement becomes possible – for men and for the relationships they are part of. Through guided reflections, practical exercises, and spiritually grounded insights, you’ll walk away with clarity, tools, and a renewed sense of confidence in navigating male psychology with wisdom and compassion.
